These terms govern your use of mentionfront.com and the Mentionfront app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you're using Mentionfront on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.
Mentionfront tracks public mentions of the brand, product and competitor keywords you configure across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit and YouTube, classifies them, and surfaces the ones worth acting on. Coverage depends on what each platform's public API or our data partners make available, is collected on a schedule rather than instantly, and can change if a platform changes what it makes public — we don't guarantee complete or continuous coverage of any platform.
You need an account to use the Service, created either with an email and password or by signing in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18, and the email address you register with must be one you actually control. One person shouldn't maintain more than one account for the same workspace.
A workspace belongs to whoever created it (its "owner"), who can invite teammates, assign roles, and is responsible for the subscription and everyone they've added. Removing a team member ends their access to that workspace; it doesn't delete their Mentionfront account if they have other workspaces of their own.
Mentionfront offers a free plan and paid plans (Starter, Growth, Scale and Enterprise), billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel or change plans at any time from Billing, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period rather than as an immediate refund for time already paid. Prices and plan limits (trackers, mention volume) are as shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe, and we'll give notice before any price change takes effect for an existing subscription.

Mentionfront is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Meta (Instagram and Facebook), X, Reddit, YouTube or Google. Mention content surfaced by the Service was posted publicly by its original author on the platform it came from, and remains theirs — Mentionfront claims no ownership over it and only displays and classifies it. Your use of any linked third-party platform, including replying to a post from your own account there, is governed by that platform's own terms.
You retain ownership of the keywords, catalog data, notes and other content you add to your workspace. You grant us the license needed to store, process and display it back to you as part of running the Service — nothing more. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
Mentionfront and its software, design and branding are owned by us and are not transferred to you by using the Service. You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the Service except as the law expressly allows.
The Service is provided "as is." Sentiment, intent and priority labels are generated by an AI classifier and are a judgment call, not a guarantee — always use your own judgment before acting on one, particularly for anything consequential. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will catch every relevant mention.
To the extent permitted by law, Mentionfront won't be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms, non-payment, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) do.
We may update these terms as the Service changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
