Nobody refreshes a listening dashboard every hour. Mentionfront scores each new mention, and when one reaches the threshold you set, it posts it to Slack, Discord or your team's inbox, the channels you already watch. Everything below the line waits quietly in the feed.

Two alerts from one morning's check. The other 40 new mentions stayed in the feed.
Every mention gets a priority score from 0 to 100, and the biggest factor is intent. This chart shows roughly where each intent scores when a post clearly names something you track. Anything to the right of your threshold becomes an alert.
Typical score by intent
Clear, whole-word match to a tracked term · default threshold shown
85: Only the urgent ones
Buyers, switchers and complaints. Good for a busy brand, or a channel your whole company can see.
70: The default
Adds "should I buy it?" questions and price objections. A good starting point for a social or CX team channel.
60: Everything useful
Adds praise and product feedback. Only makes sense at low volume, or when alerts go to a dedicated channel nobody mutes.
A near match (a plural of your term, say) scores about 28 points lower, so it stays below the default line.
Every alert has the essentials to decide in a few seconds: who posted, where, the score, the text, and a link to the original post. Turn on as many channels as you want. Each is switched on separately.
Posts to the channel you pick when you create a Slack incoming webhook. The poster's name links to the original post.
An embed in any channel you make a webhook for. Good for brands whose community already lives on a Discord server.

Does the Glowbar night balm work on oily skin or is it too heavy?View the original post
Sent to every confirmed member of your workspace. No setup, so it's the fastest channel to turn on.
Slack: create an app at api.slack.com/apps, turn on Incoming Webhooks, and add one for your channel. Discord: Channel settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook. Email needs nothing.
Each channel has its own on/off switch and frequency. Realtime sends one alert per mention that crosses your threshold.
Start at 70. Come back after a week: raise it if the channel got noisy, lower it if you found good mentions in the feed that never alerted.
Each channel has a test button that sends a sample right away, so you can see the format before a real one arrives.
An alert on every keyword match sounds thorough. Within a week the channel is muted, and the one complaint that mattered goes unseen with the rest.
A threshold based on intent works the other way around. A shopper at checkout or a customer with a damaged order gets through. A passing "saw Glowbar at the airport" doesn't. When every alert in the channel is worth acting on, people keep reading it.
